Travel Whinge #1
Packing for Southern California and Northern Canada in the same trip is a massive pain in the arse.
However, packing for two seasons is far more enjoyable than not packing at all.

Stuff…
I’ve actually started one of these before - A couple of days before I left to go to Japan I set up a little travel blog thing, with the hope that I’d update it semi-frequently, with random thoughts and pictures of, you know, Japanese stuff. The only problem was, I never got around to telling anyone about it or actually updating it. So, here we go again - I supposed the upside is I’m one up on last time in that I’ve gone to the effort of actually writing something. The grand plan is as follows - fly to LA on the 1st April, road trip off to Vegas sometime around the 13th April, from there back to LA, from LA northish up towards Seattle, from Seattle take a massive right and head towards New York. From New York I’ll head up to Canada where I’ll work for a year. Although I know the plans seem concrete and so well thought out, I do get distracted by shiny things so who knows where I’ll end up… It’s 18-odd days before I go, 4 days until Australia Post and I go our separate ways, and it’s all starting to sink in that I’m finally doing this. So with this blog, the hope is that I update it semi-frequently, with random thoughts and pictures of, you know, North American stuff.
